ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting Customers Answering phone calls Prepare repair orders by describing the symptoms, problems and the customers concerns into the repair service database. Working with our automotive technicians in ordering the necessary parts needed for their job. Creating, reviewing, and closing work orders Ensuring proper parts and labor are being invoiced Reconciling billing information for the accounting department. Verify and process warranty claims by examining records and documents supplied by contract coverage. Be friendly, professional, and efficient when working with team members & customers Assist customers with any questions and concerns, both on the phone and in person.

Hours for position:

Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-2pm. Must be self-driven, with the desire to work.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. At least One year of related work experience in the automotive industry is preferred. Automotive/ tire knowledge/experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to utilize a computer. Valid Driver's License. Bilingual (ENG/SPA) preferred, but not required. Salary + Commission.
