Job Description

Job Summary:
Mars Auto is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Parts Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves helping customers select the correct parts, preparing quotes, answering questions, processing orders, and ensuring customers have a great experience from inquiry through delivery. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment. Automotive knowledge is required.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and emails Help customers identify and purchase correct parts Prepare and send customer quotes Process orders and provide order updates Communicate timelines and set clear expectations Maintain accurate customer records and notes Coordinate with production and operations teams Follow up on customer inquiries and open opportunities Assist with inventory, labeling, and order preparation
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills Automotive Knowledge Comfortable talking with customers throughout the day Ability to stay professional during difficult conversations Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Excellent attention to detail and organization Comfortable using computers and email daily Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be reliable and punctual No remote work — must work onsite
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:30 AM•5:00 PM Full-time, 40 hours per week
Compensation:
$16•22 per hour based on experience
