An Industrial supplier company near Akron , OH is searching for a Entry Level Korean/ English Bilingual Business Development Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities•
Entry Level Korean/ English Bilingual Business Development Specialist:
Maintain a good relationship with existing clients' accounts. Support clients to develop and strengthen customer accounts in the Manufacturing Industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and service. Support and manage new and existing customer base through inventory control, handling of customer inquiries, customer complaints and other miscellaneous day-to-day business support functions. Maintain all records and documentations for system update/ data entry in timely manner Utilize various communication methods (Phone, Email, Onsite visitation) Maintain communication with other departments and managements for update on account. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications•
Entry Level Korean/ English Bilingual Business Development Specialist:
Bachelor in business administration, Marketing, Communication, and related field At least 1-3 years of data entry / B2B customer service / inside sales / account management experience in preferably manufacturing industries. Business-level proficiency of Korean and English languages (Speaking / Listening / Writing / Reading) Able to travel up to 25% Has valid driver's license and clean driving record Proficient using MS Office Suite and SAP ERP software.
