Job Description
Minutemen Direct is hiring an Inside Sales Liaison for the day shift in Akron. Salary starts at $55,000, based on experience. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits. The liaison acts as the central hub connecting the customer, delivery team, and sales staff. The sales staff will call the liaison with tasks to complete based on their daily appointments. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the construction/home improvement industry is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written skills. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of roofing and siding products, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once with great attention to detail. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
