Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through cold calling, lead generation to expand our customer base. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs. Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Develop strategic business plans for sales growth by analyzing market trends and customer feedback. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate and close sales deals by understanding client requirements and presenting compelling value propositions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and offering solutions that foster long-term relationships. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee current customer base and lead generation activities effectively. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for tracking sales activities and customer data. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills demonstrated through product demos and client interactions. Ability to conduct analysis of market data to identify new opportunities for upselling and expanding accounts. Experience in retail sales or inside sales environments is a plus, along with knowledge of marketing strategies. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced setting while maintaining high customer service standards.
