Summary The Customer Service Sales Support Representative is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from inbound and outbound calls to include, but not limited to, inquiries on new and pre-owned vehicles, dealership generated internet leads, and providing general information. You will be speaking to a lot of people each day. The nice thing is that they are all

(No cold calling) Essential Duties Work cohesively with the assigned sales staff to ensure customer follow up and engagement is being completed.
