Duties Support and coordinate all aspects of the sales process, group blocks, weddings, business-corporate accounts, and long-term hotel stays. Assist the sales team with territory management by organizing client visits, scheduling property tour, and tracking sales activities using our CRM sales tools. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for B2B (business-to-business) sales growth. Manage customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or face-to-face client meetings to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Promoting the hotel to new clients and consistently building online engagement, highlighting unique features of our property. Execute campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness within assigned territories. Support inside and outside sales efforts through cold calling, upselling existing clients, and maintaining detailed records of all interactions for analysis and reporting purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel sales and high-standard customer service. Strong understanding of FOSSE, software such as STS, GXP, MarRFP, etc. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to analyze market data for strategic decision-making. Demonstrated success in lead generation, direct sales, and customer service within a fast-paced environment. Ability to visit new clients and conduct sales blitzing. Exceptional communication skills, (verbal and written) with a knack for building lasting client relationships. Familiarity with hotel sales environments is a plus; experience in cold calling and upselling is preferred.
