The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for sales. The Sales Coordinator will assist in managing accounts, generating leads, and facilitating the sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will assist as a Manager on Duty on split weekends. This is an ideal position to advance sales skills with a company that has growing opportunity for advancements. Duties Support outside sales representatives by coordinating schedules and managing client communications. Assist in business development efforts by identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels including cold calling and networking. Manage account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives. Participate in territory management by analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth within assigned regions. Facilitate negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining a focus on customer service. Provide support for inside sales activities. additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Strong understanding of account management principles and territory sales strategies. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively. Experience in lead generation techniques including direct sales approaches. Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
