What You'll Do Prospect and Build New Business You'll spend a significant portion of your time doing what great salespeople love: Prospecting new customers Building relationships Setting meetings Generating qualified opportunities Opening new accounts You'll also help develop the strategy behind our outbound efforts by: Identifying target markets Building Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) Improving messaging and outreach Working with Marketing to maximize lead generation Grow Into Leadership As our Business Development Manager, you'll begin developing leadership skills by: Helping recruit future SDRs and interns Coaching newer team members Establishing daily and weekly activity goals Leading by example through your own outbound activity Creating a culture of accountability and success Build Pipeline You'll be responsible for: Driving qualified meetings Supporting Account-Based Marketing initiatives Expanding into new markets Ensuring a strong flow of qualified opportunities for our sales team Improve the Process We're looking for someone who enjoys improving how things work. You'll help: Optimize HubSpot and sales tools Improve outreach sequences Analyze conversion metrics Recommend better prospecting strategies Who We're Looking For You could be a great fit if you have: 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Account Executive roles A proven ability to prospect and generate opportunities A competitive mindset and strong work ethic Excellent communication skills A desire to coach and eventually lead others Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot (or similar) A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Even Better If You... Compensation Base Salary :
$60,000 annually Monthly Performance Bonuses Earn bonuses based on outbound calling performance: $300 when the team reaches the first 1,000 outbound calls in a month Earn an additional $300 for every additional 500 outbound calls Individual calling performance is also recognized through this incentive structure Additional Bonus Opportunity Participate in SmartSolve's company-wide bonus program when organizational performance goals are achieved.
