In this role, you will be the key to connecting customers with high-quality pre-owned vehicles, providing exceptional service, and guiding them through the sales process with confidence. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help build lasting relationships, boost dealership revenue, and elevate the customer experience. Responsibilities Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline Demonstrate a deep knowledge of Toyota and pre-owned vehicle inventory, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed decisions Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting dealership sales goals Upsell additional products such as accessories Support dealership marketing efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and professionalism during all customer interactions Requirements Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales confidently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline and inventory efficiently Knowledge of automotive sales processes, inventory management, CRM software, and dealership operations is advantageous Exceptional customer service skills combined with excellent public speaking and communication abilities Ability to handle outbound calls, cold calling efforts, and conduct effective marketing outreach Retail math proficiency and strong organizational skills to support accurate deal calculations and inventory control Ability to create own customer pipeline and the drive to treat the business like your own Embark on an exciting career journey where your passion for cars meets your talent for sales!
