Job Description

Activity & Growth High-Volume Prospecting:
Execute a heavy volume of cold calls and in-person field visits within your assigned territory.Intelligence Gathering:
Identify potential customers, learn about their fleet needs, and take detailed notes on their current operations.Strategic Hand-offs:
Provide your senior sales partner with the critical intel they need to spec and price the perfect truck for the customer. Daily CRM use to track deals from start to finish.Who You Are A Relentless Hunter:
You are motivated by high activity levels and love the challenge of turning a cold prospect into a warm lead.Exceptional Communicator:
You can talk to anyone—from shop mechanics to fleet owners—and you know how to ask the right questions.Detailed Reporter:
You take excellent notes and can clearly communicate a customer's needs back to the closing team. Qualifications A "Sales-First" attitude is required; prior cold-calling or field sales experience is highly preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory for field travel.
