Your primary mission is to identify and qualify sales opportunities by reaching out to both new prospects and our existing customer base in Salesforce CRM. You will act as the crucial first link between potential clients and our high-quality used dust collection solutions. This position offers a fantastic chance to develop your skills in sales, marketing, and project management within a collaborative environment that values innovation and initiative. Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to medium and large industrial/commercial businesses to generate interest in used filtration equipment. Call existing and former customers to identify upcoming equipment needs, promote current inventory, and maintain long-term relationships. Interview potential customers to determine technical needs, budget, and purchasing timelines. Schedule calls / virtual meetings for outside sales representatives with highly qualified leads. Meticulously track all call activity, lead status, and prospect feedback in the Salesforce CRM system. Gather and report on competitor pricing and product data found during daily outreach.
Experience:
2-4 years of B2B sales or telemarketing experience, ideally in industrial equipment or HVAC/R. Exceptional phone presence with the ability to explain technical products clearly and handle objections professionally. High level of persistence and the ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment. Willingness to learn the mechanics of air filtration systems, dust collectors, and environmental safety standards like
NFPA / ATEX.
Proven experience with CRM software, especially Salesforce or similar platforms.
Pay:
$50,978.25 - $61,393.16 per year
