Job DescriptionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives for our event services while providing exceptional support throughout the event planning process. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities to build strong client relationships and coordinate event logistics efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on sales leads for event services.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about event packages.

Prepare and present proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with event planning and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.

Coordinate site visits and client meetings as necessary to support the sales process.

QualificationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in sales or event coordination, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
