From Physical Therapy and Pilates to wellness memberships, workshops, and specialty services, WAVE is creating an experience that feels different from traditional healthcare. Now we are looking for a Sales Coordinator who can help turn curiosity into commitment and conversations into long-term relationships. This role is part sales, part relationship management, part business development, and a huge opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people, building momentum, and helping grow an exciting wellness brand. What You'll Be Doing Following up with leads and helping guide people into care, memberships, and wellness services Converting inquiries into evaluations, memberships, and long-term clients Managing the sales pipeline and keeping follow-up systems organized Supporting onboarding for new patients and members Coordinating events, workshops, and community outreach initiatives Building referral and community relationships throughout Cincinnati Tracking conversion metrics and sales performance inside the CRM Helping improve the overall patient and member experience from the very first interaction Supporting growth initiatives across Physical Therapy, Pilates, recovery, and wellness services Why This Role Is Different You are not sitting behind a desk doing repetitive admin work all day Your communication directly impacts growth, revenue, and patient experience You get to work inside a wellness-focused environment that genuinely helps people feel better You become part of a modern healthcare company that values movement, education, and community You will help support workshops, wellness events, memberships, and relationship-building initiatives in the community Your wins are measurable and your contribution matters At WAVE, the experience matters just as much as the treatment itself.
