Licensed Sales Representative What are we looking for?

Full-Time, Day Shift About the Role:
We're hiring entry-level Licensed Sales Representatives to join team. In this phone-based role, you'll speak with existing clients only, NO cold calling or building a book of business. Most leads come from our customer service team or website referrals. What You'll Do:
Speak with 3-4 clients per hour, listening and aligning their needs with available products. Build and maintain relationships with empathy and professionalism. Complete 10-12 weeks of paid training with full support and materials provided. Pass the Life and Health Insurance exam within 45 days (2 attempts), with paid, on the job study time. Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:45pm Post-Training Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 9:15 AM-6:00 PM. Additionally, one day per week (Monday-Thursday), the schedule will be 11:15 AM - 8:00 PM Compensation and Benefits:
$50,000 base salary + performance incentives $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days + $500 bonus for passing the licensing exam within 45 days and 2 attempts Paid exam study time during work hours Exam costs and all training materials covered by Western & Southern Requirements:
