Overview We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via phone and digital channels to promote our safety and industrial product offerings. Your primary goal will be to build strong client relationships, provide exceptional customer support, and drive sales growth through effective communication and product knowledge. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced sales environment while supporting clients' safety needs. Responsibilities Engage prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, providing detailed product information and tailored solutions. Manage inbound customer inquiries promptly, offering expert guidance on safety and industrial supplies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-up activities using data entry tools. Assist clients with order processing, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues related to product availability or shipping. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive client relationships. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products. Support the development of client service strategies by analyzing customer needs and feedback. Requirements Proven experience in call center sales, customer support, or client services, preferably within an industrial or safety supplies context. Strong bilingual communication skills in English and at least one additional language is highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data entry, and computer skills necessary for efficient workflow management. Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills suited for outbound calling environments. Ability to analyze customer data effectively to identify sales opportunities and improve service delivery. Previous experience in a call center or sales environment involving cash handling or order processing is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in typing, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
