Job Description
Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic plumbing sales person to join our team. This individual, known internally as Elite Plumbing Inspectors, will be responsible for diagnosing any issues within a customers home, offering a variety of options and educating the consumer, closing the sale, and managing the project through completion. EPIs perform tank flushes on their visit and are expected to provided exceptional customer service.Duties :
- Evaluate all plumbing systems and fixtures in client homes to identify any safety concerns or potential upgrades that could benefit the customer
- Perform a water heater flush, when possible, on each call
- Offer solutions to the customer to fit their budget and desired outcome
- Close the sale and collect payment
- Manage sold projects though completion
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, account management, or technical sales
- Previous plumbing experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Benefits
