While our showrooms are based in Pittsburgh and Columbus, our client base extends nationwide , with clients traveling in and working with us from across the United States. Over the past decade, we have built a reputation for delivering one of the most personalized and elevated custom clothing experiences in the industry. Our approach to custom clothing is fundamentally different from most competitors . Rather than operating as a transactional tailoring business, we focus on building long-term relationships and acting as trusted wardrobe advisors to our clients. This white-glove approach has allowed our brand to grow rapidly through referrals, relationships, and reputation. We currently operate successful showrooms in Pittsburgh and are expanding into Columbus with our newest showroom opening in Upper Arlington.•The Opportunity This role presents an exciting opportunity to help establish and grow the David Alan brand in the Columbus market. Stylists will begin by working primarily from the showroom while developing their book of business within the Columbus community. As their network grows, stylists will also meet clients throughout the city and build relationships that extend far beyond the local market. Because of our national client base , stylists often work with clients who travel to see us or are referred from across the country.

This role blends:

Relationship-driven sales Luxury client service Personal branding within the community•Responsibilities Build and maintain a strong personal book of business Network with executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals Conduct wardrobe consultations and garment fittings Deliver a white-glove luxury client experience Maintain daily activity within our CRM system Track and manage your sales pipeline Maintain strong follow-up with clients Schedule fittings and appointments both during and outside showroom hours Represent the David Alan brand within the professional community Develop relationships that lead to referrals and long-term national clientele•Ideal Candidate We are seeking someone who is: Charismatic and confident A natural relationship builder A true sales professional Highly motivated by performance-based income Organized and disciplined Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems Entrepreneurial and self-driven Creative and proactive Candidates with an existing professional network in the Columbus / Upper Arlington area are strongly encouraged to apply.•
