This person will handle company-provided leads, manage the pre-approval process, and guide clients through the sales conversation with confidence, urgency, and professionalism. What you'll do Work incoming leads from the team. Manage pre-approvals from start to finish. Assist with the sales conversation with clients and help identify the best path forward. Problem-solve scenarios that come up during the pre-approval process. Communicate clearly with clients, referral partners, and team members. Learn from a top 1% Loan Originator and grow into a licensed mortgage professional over time.
