Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop new business, manage key accounts, and expand our market presence across designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships within B2B environments. Experience in management, business development, and territory management is highly valued, along with proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce. This position involves engaging with clients through direct sales, cold calling, product demonstrations, and upselling to meet and exceed sales targets.
NOTE:
this is an entry level position and pay is set accordingly. There is a vast opportunity for growth and training on the job will be provided.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
Develop customers within your specified territories Exceed sales goals through proactive prospecting and account management. Identify and deploy customer specific solutions to meet their needs.
Customer Engagement:
Build and foster meaningful, long-term relationships with clients. Conduct consultative discussions to understand customer challenges.
Account Management:
Maintain ongoing contact with clients via calls, emails, and visits. Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction. Track and report sales within company business systems in line with company policies. •Note this is a role with commission along with base pay compensation. •The ability to operate a vehicle and lift over 40 pounds is required. Ideal experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or related fields such as industrial or retail sales Strong management skills with experience in territory management and lead generation Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated success in cold calling, direct sales, inside sales, and upselling techniques Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and management tasks Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative if you are passionate about driving growth through innovative sales strategies and building meaningful client partnerships.
