Position Overview We are seeking In-Home Sales Representatives to manage both storm restoration and retail sales opportunities . This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll meet homeowners, assess their needs, and guide them through the best solutions for their property. This role is ideal for individuals who: Have experience in in-home or high-ticket sales Want to earn at a high level in a performance-driven environment Can confidently handle insurance (storm) and retail sales processes What You'll Do Run pre-set appointments and self-generated leads with homeowners Conduct home and roof inspections to identify storm damage or retail needs Educate customers on: Roofing and exterior solutions Insurance restoration process (storm-related claims) Present tailored solutions and close contracts in-home Manage the full sales cycle : Inspection Estimate Presentation Close Build trust through a consultative, customer-first approach Maintain pipeline, follow-ups, and consistent production goals Compensation & Earnings Uncapped commission structure W2 or 1099 Employment Options Available High-ticket projects = strong per-sale earnings Typical earnings: $100K
