About the Position Gem City Wireless is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Wireless & Internet Sales Representative to join our team. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for sales, enjoy working with people, and are driven to exceed goals. The ideal candidate has previous experience in wireless sales, internet sales, carrier activations, or telecommunications and understands how to build value, overcome objections, and close sales. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Greet every customer promptly with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude. Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience. Identify customer needs and recommend the best wireless, internet, and device solutions. Sell mobile phone plans, internet services, smartphones, tablets, accessories, and related products. Educate customers on promotions, financing options, and available services. Assist customers with activations, upgrades, account changes, number transfers, and troubleshooting. Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations. Follow up with potential customers and leads when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment. Stay current on wireless industry trends, products, promotions, and carrier offerings. Preferred Qualifications Previous wireless industry experience is strongly preferred. Experience selling wireless services, internet services, or telecommunications products. Experience with Spectrum, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Cricket, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Xfinity Mobile, or similar carriers is highly preferred. Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Comfortable using POS systems, computers, smartphones, and mobile applications. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
