myFranchise Bookkeeper is not a traditional bookkeeping company. We are building a national growth platform for service-based franchise brands and franchise owners who need financial clarity, stronger unit economics, and a better operating cadence. We help franchisees understand their numbers, make better decisions, and grow more profitable businesses. We are looking for a driven, strategic, and relationship-oriented Franchise Sales Executive to help expand myFranchise Bookkeeper across the franchise marketplace. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, understands how to build trust with business owners, and wants to be part of a fast-growing platform backed by the broader True North Holdings ecosystem. This is not a transactional sales role. You will be selling a mission-critical business service to franchise owners and franchise systems that need better visibility, stronger financial discipline, and more confidence in their numbers. You will engage with franchisees, franchisors, and referral partners to build pipeline, create opportunities, and close new business. What You'll Do You will own the sales process from prospecting through close, with a focus on service-based franchise systems and franchise owners. Your work will include identifying target franchise brands, conducting outreach, qualifying prospects, leading discovery calls, presenting solutions, following up with discipline, and moving opportunities through the pipeline. You will also work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and help shape the go-to-market strategy for myFranchise Bookkeeper. The right person will bring energy, accountability, and a growth mindset to a business with significant market opportunity. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified franchise prospects. Conduct outbound outreach to franchise owners, franchise executives, and referral partners. Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand business challenges, growth goals, and financial pain points. Position myFranchise Bookkeeper as a strategic growth partner, not just a bookkeeping provider. Present solutions clearly and confidently to business owners and decision-makers. Manage follow-up activity, CRM updates, pipeline stages, and sales reporting with discipline. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, messaging, webinars, and franchise-specific outreach. Represent the company professionally in virtual meetings, industry events, and partner conversations. Contribute ideas that improve the sales playbook, target lists, objection handling, and close strategy. What We're Looking For A sales professional who is hungry, coachable, organized, and comfortable selling to business owners. Experience in B2B sales, franchise sales, professional services, financial services, SaaS, recruiting, marketing, or business services. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to ask smart questions and uncover real business needs. Confidence speaking with owners, executives, and high-level decision-makers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A disciplined approach to prospecting, follow-up, CRM management, and pipeline execution. Comfort working in a growth-stage environment where initiative, creativity, and accountability matter. A genuine interest in helping small business owners and franchisees succeed. Ability to learn and explain financial service concepts in a clear, practical, business-owner-friendly way. Strong listening skills and the ability to ask thoughtful discovery questions. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and accountable for activity, follow-up, and results. Comfortable using sales technology, CRM systems, email outreach tools, video meetings, and basic productivity software. Preferred Skills Experience selling to franchise owners, franchisors, or small business owners. Experience in B2B sales, professional services, bookkeeping, accounting, financial services, SaaS, recruiting, marketing, or other business services. Familiarity with franchise systems, unit economics, recurring revenue services, or owner-operated businesses. Ability to represent the company at franchise events, webinars, trade shows, and partner meetings. Comfort working in a growth-stage environment where processes are improving and the right person can help shape the sales playbook. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, communications, finance, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional sales experience will be considered in place of a degree. 2-5 years of B2B sales, business development, account executive, or consultative sales experience preferred. Prior experience selling recurring services, professional services, franchise-related services, or solutions to small business owners is a strong plus.
