Furniture Design and Sales Specialist

We're looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven sales professional to join our growing Furniture Design & Sales Team. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with customers by providing an exceptional shopping experience Assist customers in selecting furniture, décor, mattresses, and accessories that fit their style, needs, and budget Offer design guidance including color coordination, space planning, and product recommendations Develop and maintain product knowledge across multiple furniture categories and brands Follow up with customers throughout the sales and delivery process Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming showroom environment Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals Stay informed on current furniture and interior design trends What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, outgoing, and professional personality Sales experience preferred; retail, design, and other related backgrounds are also valued Passion for helping customers and delivering excellent service Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable using computers, tablets, and point-of-sale systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications Furniture, interior design, or commissioned sales experience Experience with consultative or relationship-based selling Interest in home décor, space planning, or interior styling Why Join Kaplan's?
