What You'll Do As a Sales Consultant, you'll create an exceptional customer experience while helping drive the success of the dealership and building strong community connections.

Responsibilities include:

Provide a high quality, effective and professional sales experience to all customers while following the Dealership's sales process. Maintain high ethical standards in daily activities. Develop and maintain relationships with customers. Keep up to date with new products and changes in sales promotions. Work with our internet program, e-Leads to generate new sales and contact current and prospective customers, greeting customers as soon as they enter the dealership to create lasting relationships. Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For We're searching for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to succeed.

Qualified candidates should have:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities The ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced environment 2+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented mindset Availability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled Why Join Reineke Family Dealerships?
