Outside Sales Specialist

Description Best-One Fleet Service is looking for an Outside Sales Specialist to help lead our pack! This role serves our clients in our industrial tire markets. Our clients have partnered with us because we consistently deliver amazing service. We need someone to take the reigns and carry on that mission. We're looking for someone outgoing and energetic enough to find new partner-clients, yet organized and efficient enough to manage the current clients we have. Ideally this candidate would have some experience in the tire or trucking industry. Role Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate industrial tire sales to meet and exceed our goals Work closely with our incredible team members Determine and understand the customer product needs Maintain strong and positive customer relationships Travel between different locations Coordinate and communicate with clients on a monthly basis Requirements Must have 1 year of successful outside sales experience Tire experience is preferred, but not required Be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must have a proven track record of customer service Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally Must be able to stand, kneel and crawl to inspect tires and equipment Must have strong computer skills in regard to: Microsoft Office, internet, and software navigation. Must have a current valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. You must also be at least 18 years old The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
