Job Description

Company Overview Crown Matting Technologies is a leading manufacturer of high‑quality janitorial and facility matting solutions. Our products support clean, safe, and efficient environments across commercial, institutional, and workplace settings. We partner closely with distributors, sales representatives, and end users to deliver reliable, innovative matting solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Engage new and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote Crown Matting's manufactured janitorial and facility products. Conduct proactive outbound calls to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and support territory and outside sales efforts as needed. Assist customers in identifying appropriate matting solutions based on application, usage, and budget requirements. Provide accurate product information, pricing, lead times, and availability to support sales and close orders. Process sales orders, quotes, and customer requests with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and long‑term partnerships. Address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Document sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system. Support outside sales representatives, marketing initiatives, and promotional programs as assigned. Share customer feedback and market insights with sales leadership to support continuous improvement. Qualifications and Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales or customer service experience ; college degree preferred. Prior experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service within a B2B environment preferred. Experience supporting manufacturing, janitorial, facility, or commercial products is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and documentation. Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales support. Background check and drug test required. Additional Information Competitive salary with bonus opportunities.
