Job Description

Job Summary Just in Time Staffing is seeking a dynamic and energetic Business Development Representative (Staffing) to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our staffing solutions by engaging with potential clients and building strong relationships on the West Side of Cleveland (potentially other areas as well). Your proactive approach, combined with excellent communication skills, will help identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals that contribute to our company's growth. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals eager to make an impact in the staffing industry through innovative outreach and strategic business development. Duties Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in staffing services Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through B2B sales strategies and market research Engage in active negotiations to understand client needs and present tailored staffing solutions that meet their requirements Leverage CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales activities efficiently Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead generation Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering long-term relationships Qualify leads through telemarketing efforts, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for the sales team to pursue Experience Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales within a staffing or recruitment environment is highly preferred Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing techniques that drive results Knowledge of staffing industry trends, marketing strategies, and technical sales processes is a plus Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
