As part of the American Family Insurance Group, we offer a wide range of insurance products and personalized solutions. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager.
Job Description:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our agency by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels. Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements. Provide personalized insurance solutions and present policy options to clients. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
