Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online Learn customer needs and recommend the best vehicle options Provide product demonstrations and test drives Guide customers through the sales and financing process with transparency and care Follow up with leads to build lasting relationships and referral business Stay up to date on Toyota's product lineup, features, and promotions
Qualifications:
Previous successful Automotive Sales experience is a plus but not required! Experience in Real Estate, Social Media Marketing, Customer Service, or Retail Sales translate well in this position!
