What You'll Do As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Floorco Flooring and a trusted guide for our customers: Welcome customers into our 7,000 sq. ft. showroom and help them explore flooring options such as hardwood, LVP, carpet, tile, and laminate Consult with homeowners and business clients to understand their style, budget, and project needs Educate customers on product features, durability, maintenance, and design Coordinate measurements, quotes, samples, and follow‑up appointments Work closely with our in‑house installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals Maintain showroom appearance and assist with merchandising displays What We're Looking For Sales or customer service experience (flooring, home improvement, or design experience is a plus—but not required ) Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers Experience working with computers and tracking systems Confidence working one‑on‑one with homeowners making important purchasing decisions Organized, reliable, and comfortable following up with customers A team‑first attitude—this is a family business , and everyone pitches in Why You'll Love Working at Floorco Flooring Family‑owned & operated —you're not just a number here Established, trusted local brand with excellent customer reviews Supportive, knowledgeable team that wants you to succeed High‑quality products we're proud to stand behind Competitive pay with commission opportunities A positive, community‑focused work environment Floorco strives to develop new ways to increase diversity awareness within our organization.
