Job Description
Job Summary Hernandez Metal Roof LLC is seeking a motivated and organized Business Development & Marketing Manager to help grow our roofing and exterior company throughout Central Ohio. This position focuses on lead generation, marketing, business growth, networking, online presence, customer follow-up, and helping build the company's brand and reputation. This is primarily an office/business development role and does not involve direct roofing sales or climbing roofs. Responsibilities Help generate qualified residential roofing & exterior leads Assist with social media, advertising, and marketing campaigns Help improve and grow the company's online presence Follow up with incoming leads and customer inquiries Coordinate appointments and communicate with homeowners Help manage and organize customer/client information Assist with business networking and local outreach opportunities Help develop strategies to grow the company in surrounding Central Ohio markets Work alongside the company owners to improve branding, customer experience, and business operations Requirements Strong communication and organizational skills Professional and motivated attitude Knowledge of social media and digital marketing Comfortable using phones, email, and computers Ability to work independently and stay organized Marketing, business development, office, or customer service experience preferred Roofing/construction knowledge is a plus Reliable transportation Willingness to grow with a family-owned company
