Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with potential customers in their neighborhoods to introduce our products and services. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to build rapport will drive your success as you generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base. This position offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, customer service, and business development. Duties Conduct door-to-door outreach to prospective customers, presenting product or service offerings with confidence and clarity Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to demonstrate how our solutions meet their requirements Utilize outbound calling techniques, including warm calling and telemarketing, to follow up on leads and nurture relationships Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining a professional and positive attitude Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local campaigns and increase brand awareness in target neighborhoods Follow up with potential clients through inside sales strategies to maximize conversion rates and foster long-term relationships Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential customers Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, technical sales, or inside sales environments Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building trust and rapport Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling techniques Knowledge of marketing strategies related to direct sales and business development initiatives Demonstrated ability to handle telemarketing tasks professionally while maintaining enthusiasm and persistence Join us as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative if you're ready to energize your career by connecting directly with customers, honing your sales skills, and making a tangible impact.
