Commission-Based Job Description NoJo Surface Restore is looking for motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help us grow our exterior cleaning business in Northeast Ohio. This position is perfect for someone who is confident, outgoing, competitive, and not afraid to talk to people. You will be going door-to-door in local neighborhoods offering services such as house washing, concrete cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof washing, and other exterior cleaning services. No experience is required. We will provide training, sales scripts, service information, and support to help you succeed. Responsibilities Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods Speak with homeowners about exterior cleaning services Explain our services and current offers Set appointments and/or close jobs Represent NoJo Surface Restore professionally Track leads, conversations, and booked jobs Follow up with interested customers when needed Requirements Must be confident talking to people Strong communication skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation preferred Must be coachable and willing to learn Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Sales experience is a plus but not required Pay This is a commission-based position with high earning potential. Sales representatives are paid based on jobs booked and completed. The harder you work, the more you can earn.
