Job Description
We're hiring a motivated Manager in Training to develop into a Store Manager. You'll learn core operations: sales, customer service, inventory, merchandising, and team leadership through hands-on experience and coaching. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Deliver outstanding customer service; assist with product recommendations, warranties, and returns.
Drive sales through customer engagement and smart merchandising; maintain stock levels and pricing.
Run daily operations: opening/closing, cash handling, POS accuracy; manage inventory, cycles counts, and shrink.
Lead and develop staff: coaching, onboarding, scheduling, and performance feedback.
Support budgeting, cost control, and KPI tracking (sales per hour, average ticket, turnover, shrink).Build vendor relationships; stay current on auto parts/products.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
