A DAY IN THE LIFE
Flexible Schedule :
Run appointments throughout the day—mornings, afternoons, or evenings—based on customer availability

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
2+ years of consultative in-home sales experience (home improvement background preferred) Problem-solving mindset and genuine desire to help homeowners Self-motivation and drive to exceed expectations Valid driver's license and ability to work Monday-Saturday as needed Physical ability to access and inspect basements, crawl spaces, and foundations (lift 20+ lbs)

TRAINING SCHEDULE
Training is located in Columbus, Ohio at the Reynoldsburg office. The office is located at 13659 E Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068. Training will be about 4-12 weeks, just depending on the schedule. This position will receive training pay, and then fully commission after training is completed.
