Full Job Description Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for closing deals on services and installations. A good ISR is familiar with and understands the language of sales. Those equipped for this role are also excellent active listeners and are motivated to understand the products/services being sold. Solid communication skills and time management are a must. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The ISR will be responsible for: The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Qualify leads from previously quoted work as sales opportunities
  • Building quotes based on photos and notes from our service techs
  • Contact potential, previous, and current customers
  • Identify customers' needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with customers
  • Deduce what work may also need to be done for an install to go smoothly
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales executives
  • Obey the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules.
  • Live the Core Values daily as a representative of The Wilson Companies.
  • All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Associate degree preferred but not required
  • 3-5 years Sales experience preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Sound understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in using Share Site, Service Titan, and Google Suite
  • Must pass random drug testing
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • General knowledge of basic home service needs
Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical Demands:
  • Sitting or standing throughout the shift
  • Potential driving to get more photos for a quote and gather more data
