You Must Be Local to the Toledo, Ohio Area. •The Opportunity We are a fast-paced, high-growth Technical and Web Company seeking a Growth & Relationship Manager who is part hunter, part diplomat, and full-time closer. This role is built for the high-achiever who thrives on autonomy but wants the backing of a professional technical powerhouse. We aren't looking for someone to "try out" sales; we are looking for a professional ready to leverage our brand to build a lucrative career. We provide the platform; you provide the drive. Your Roadmap to Success (The Path to W2) We believe in rewarding results with stability. Our 3-tier progression plan offers a transparent, earned path to a full-time career: Tier 1 (The Specialist): Start as a 1099 Contractor with an aggressive, ongoing commission schedule designed to keep you paid as you build your book of business. Tier 2 (The Partner): Reach 6 sales (an easily attainable benchmark) to unlock a guaranteed monthly retainer in addition to your commissions. Tier 3 (The Core Team): Reach 10 sales to transition to a Full-Time W2 Employee with 100% Employer-Paid Health Insurance (Employee only).
Your Responsibilities:
Acquisition & Advocacy You are the architect of the deal and the guardian of the client vision. Your goal is to lead the sales process and ensure the technical team delivers exactly what you promised.
The Hunt:
Proactively identify and connect with new clients through cold calling, professional business networking, and strategic development.
The Close:
Manage a short-to-medium sales cycle for high-value technical solutions ranging from $1,750 to $25,000 .
Onboarding & Alignment:
Participate in the initial onboarding call to ensure a seamless handoff between the sales team and technical team.
The Client Guardrail:
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure the technical team is staying on track with the client's goals.
Relationship Management:
Maintain high-level touchpoints to ensure long-term satisfaction and identify future growth opportunities. The Toolkit & Support We arm you with everything you need to represent the brand at the highest level:
Professional Identity:
We provide a dedicated company email address, company phone line, CRM and company systems access, an initial target list, and technical tools to help you get through the door.
Sales Assets:
Access to high-end marketing collateral, pitch decks, and training materials.
Direct Support:
We work with you. If you need a specific asset or custom marketing tool to close a high-value deal, our team will help you create it.
Daily Alignment:
Participate in our Morning Status Huddle to stay connected, report on pipeline status, and keep the momentum high.

Pay:
$40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
