Shamy Heating and Cooling is seeking a driven, self-motivated Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. If you are passionate about helping homeowners improve their comfort and have a strong sales background, this is your chance to build a high-income career with uncapped potential. Compensation $120,000 - $250,000+ per year (uncapped commission) What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating, cooling, and plumbing needs Present customized solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and overall home performance Deliver professional, high-impact sales presentations that clearly communicate value Build trust with customers through honesty, integrity, and a consultative sales approach Prepare accurate proposals and secure signed agreements Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with prospects to close opportunities Conduct or learn heat load and loss calculations to properly size systems Work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet customer needs What You'll Bring 4+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing system sales experience with a proven track record Experience in related industries such as kitchen/bath, windows, siding, roofing, insulation, or home performance is a plus BPI, NCI, or similar certifications preferred Strong understanding of sales strategy and customer psychology Excellent organizational and pipeline management skills Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with homeowners Strong computer and technology skills Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed Why Join Shamy Heating and Cooling We provide the tools, training, and support you need to maximize your earning potential while building a long-term career in a growing industry.
