Success in this part-time role will lead to expanded responsibilities and excellent pay. Toledo POS & Networking has been in business since the early days of cash registers. As technology changed, so did our system focus, but what hasn't wavered is our commitment as a local company providing complete solutions that fit our customers' business needs. Today we provide 25 different software and support services to our clients, from automated off-site backup and custom email reports to semi-annual preventive maintenance visits and remote phone support. We not only sell and install on-premise, but we are also a one-stop shop for all the technologies restaurants and retail shops need to succeed. As a Toledo POS IT Technician, you will: Provide remote and on-site technical support to our customers, primarily small-to-medium sized retailers and restaurants who utilize our Point of Sale systems. Perform cabling, installation, repairs, upgrades, builds, and maintenance of hardware and software. Provide phone support to help our customers troubleshoot their hardware and software issues.

The ideal candidate will have:

Prior hospitality, grocery, or retail experience preferred A customer-friendly and "happy-to-help" mindset Motivated, high-energy individual with a passion for helping others Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills An eagerness to learn plus a passion for results Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and text Help maintain organization and efficiency across job sites and team operations Thrive in a fast-paced work environment 3+ years of intermediate computer experience Experience installing and servicing Point of Sale systems preferred Reliable transportation and Driver's License Ability to perform heavy lifting, larger items may require team lifting or the use of appropriate equipment We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base pay rate, bonuses, and benefits.
