Overview:
Washington Courthouse, Ohio based Fiber-Tech Industries (www.fiber-tech.net) is a family-owned company that produces large scale custom designed and cut Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Panels (commonly known as FRP). Fiber-Tech is one of the largest producers of FRP panels in North America.Position Summary :
Fiber-Tech is seeking a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative you will work with both existing and new customers to ensure a smooth sales process while demonstrating excellent customer service skills and professionalism.Responsibilities:
- Respond to web and phone inquiries
- Quote both existing and new customers
- Sales order entry
- Communicate with customers on order confirmation and status
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
Position Qualifications:
- No specific education or experience required
- Good written, computer and verbal communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desired
- Excellent attention to detail is a must as understanding and entering technical specifications for our products is an important part of the order entry process
- Ability to work with others including senior management, managers, supervisors, office staff and operators in the plant
- Must be a self-starter who can identify needs in the organization and envision, communicate and implement solutions Wages and Benefits
