About Us:
Organiq Neuskin is a luxury, science-backed skincare studio offering non-invasive treatments, high-performance skincare, and personalized skin consultations. We're located in the upscale Pinecrest District and serve a high-end clientele who are serious about results. We are seeking a licensed esthetician who is confident in both skin treatments and client consultation. This is not a traditional "facial-only" position. This role is focused on skin correction, client education, and guiding clients into customized treatment plans and home-care solutions. You will work in a results-driven, luxury environment where your ability to communicate, recommend, and convert directly impacts your income. What You'll Do Perform professional skin consultations and identify client concerns Educate clients on skin health, aging, and corrective treatment options Deliver non-invasive aesthetic treatments (facial promos, LED, lifting/tightening protocols) Recommend and close personalized treatment plans and skincare regimens Guide clients toward long-term results, not one-time services Maintain a high-end client experience from consultation through checkout Track and improve personal performance (conversion rate, client retention, revenue per client)What You'll Get:
$20/hour base pay + tips (tips alone average $500-700/week, this really depends on client relationship skills.) 10% commission on all sales (products and programs). Unlimited earning potential- top estheticians make $10K+/month Sales & consultation training provided
