Job Description

Green Country Construction & Management LLC is seeking motivated and energetic Sales Representatives to help homeowners improve their homes through our exterior remodeling services. This is a door-to-door sales position with excellent earning potential and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood marketing. Schedule free inspections and consultations for homeowners. Educate customers about roofing, siding, windows, gutters, decking, and home improvement solutions. Build and maintain relationships with homeowners. Follow up on leads and assist customers throughout the sales process. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments. Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.
Products & Services:
Residential Roofing, Vinyl & Composite Siding, Replacement Windows, Gutters & Gutter Protection Systems, Deck Construction & Replacement, Home Renovations Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors. Sales experience preferred but not required. Must be able to pass a background check.
Compensation & Benefits:
