What You'll Do Build relationships with customers and guide them through the personal loan process Process loan applications and manage account payments Follow up with customers to support repayment and build long-term relationships Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lending guidelines Meet branch goals in a team-oriented environment What We're Looking For 1+ year of customer service, retail, sales, or cash-handling experience Comfortable with basic computer systems and data entry Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor Ability to work independently in a small branch setting High school diploma or GED required
