Be Successful:

3 years prior sales experience required High School Diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and customer-facing skills Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Service-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and loyalty with customers Strong organizational and time-management skills Desire to learn, grow, and develop leadership skills Work Environment & Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to safely perform the following duties with or without reasonable accommodation: Safely use ladders within manufacturer weight limits Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
