Nestea Recruiting is recruiting on behalf of Timeless Spa Center for an Aesthetic Sales Consultation Specialist position at its Edmond, Oklahoma location. Timeless Spa Center is the employer for this position. Nestea Recruiting is assisting with candidate communication, screening coordination, and hiring steps on behalf of Timeless Spa Center. About This Sales Role Timeless Spa Center is hiring an Aesthetic Sales Consultation Specialist to support local client consultations, service education, package presentation, lead follow-up, CRM tracking, and sales activity at its Edmond location. This role is for someone who is comfortable speaking with clients in person, learning about their goals, explaining available wellness and aesthetic services, discussing pricing and payment options, and helping clients understand the next steps after a consultation. This is a client-facing sales position in a wellness and aesthetic spa setting. Prior medspa or aesthetic experience is helpful, but not required. Training is provided. What You Will Help With The Aesthetic Sales Consultation Specialist helps create a professional and organized sales consultation experience for clients.
This role supports:
Scheduled client consultations Service education and package explanation Pricing and payment option discussions Lead follow-up after consultations CRM tracking and documentation Local sales goals and client conversion Client communication by phone, text, email, and in person A respectful and supportive client experience Daily Work Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Meeting with scheduled clients in person at the Edmond location Asking questions to understand each client's goals, concerns, and service interests Explaining wellness and aesthetic service options clearly and professionally Presenting service packages, pricing, and payment options Helping clients understand next steps after their consultation Following up with prospective clients after appointments Tracking leads, consultations, follow-ups, and outcomes in the company CRM Maintaining accurate notes and documentation for client interactions Supporting local sales goals and consultation conversion expectations Communicating with spa leadership, providers, and support staff Following company procedures for consultation flow and pricing communication Participating in training, service education, coaching, and team communication Assisting with client engagement and promotional support when needed Sales Conversations and Client Follow-Up This position focuses on consultation-based sales. The goal is to help interested clients understand their options while supporting the location's sales process. The right candidate should be comfortable with: In-person sales conversations Consultation-based selling Presenting service value clearly Explaining packages or memberships Discussing pricing and payment options Following up with clients professionally Tracking client activity in a CRM or similar system Working toward performance and conversion goals Schedule Requirements This position is scheduled 4 days per week.
Schedule includes:
Sunday availability required Three additional weekdays scheduled Monday through Friday Monday through Friday hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sunday hours: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Final schedule details are reviewed during the hiring process. Compensation and Training This position includes: $3,000 monthly compensation Paid training Performance-based growth opportunities Additional commission, bonus, or incentive opportunities if included in Timeless Spa Center's current compensation plan Compensation details are reviewed during the hiring process so candidates understand the full pay structure before accepting the position. Body contouring services RF-based treatments Fractional RF services Cryotherapy-related services Cryo slimming services EMS-related services Cavitation-related services Skin-focused services Other non-invasive wellness and aesthetic services Required Background Qualified candidates should have: Experience in sales, consultations, client services, membership sales, patient coordination, or another client-facing role Strong communication and presentation skills Comfort discussing pricing, packages, and payment options Ability to follow up with clients professionally and consistently Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to use a CRM or similar tracking system Comfort working in a performance-focused sales environment Coachable attitude and willingness to learn company services and procedures Ability to work in person at the Edmond, OK location Ability to work the required schedule, including Sundays Professional appearance and communication style Preferred Background Helpful experience may include: Aesthetics, wellness, medspa, beauty, fitness, or luxury client services Membership sales or package-based sales Appointment-based consultations Lead follow-up and client conversion Performance goals or incentive-based compensation Patient-facing or healthcare-adjacent environments Local sales or location-level client acquisition support Work Setting This role is based in a wellness and aesthetic spa setting. The Aesthetic Sales Consultation Specialist will interact regularly with clients, prospective clients, spa staff, leadership, and support team members. The right candidate should be comfortable working in a structured setting, following company procedures, documenting client activity accurately, and supporting both client experience and local sales goals.
