Schedule is Thursday/Friday 4pm to 8pm and Saturday/Sunday 10 am to 3pm. This position is at various retail store locations.

Job Summary:

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Identify potential leads for the sales team. Identify customers needs and preferences through active listening. Generate leads by initiating conversations and capturing customer information. Maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere in the store. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Customer service experience Sales experience preferred Outgoing and friendly personality Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving lead generation targets. Must be able to stand and walk around for the duration of the entire shift.
