WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
This is a professional outside sales role focused on building long-term client relationships in the commercial roofing space. You will need previous outside sales experience. No roofing background required; we provide full training.
  • Develop new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct roof assessments and identify storm damage or maintenance needs
  • Present tailored solutions including scope, timelines, and warranty options
  • Guide clients through project process from consultation to completion
  • Build your own book of business within a proven system This is not a one-call-close role.
Commercial roofing involves longer sales cycles (30-90 days to close) with bigger payouts. You need patience, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
EARNINGS BREAKDOWN
