Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dynamic automotive sales team. In this role, you will be the key driver behind connecting customers with their ideal vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the entire sales process. Your enthusiasm for high-end sales combined with your strong communication skills will help you build lasting relationships, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to the dealership's growth. This position offers a vibrant environment where your sales expertise and passion for automobiles can truly shine. Duties Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline Conduct detailed needs assessments to match clients with suitable new vehicle options, emphasizing features and benefits that align with their preferences Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals that satisfy both customer expectations and dealership goals Manage inventory control and ensure accurate record-keeping within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions and sales progress Provide an exceptional, consultative buying experience from first hello to final handshake. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during sales efforts and follow-up conversations Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, or community outreach to attract new clients Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in CRM software, inventory management, and retail math calculations Exceptional customer service orientation paired with outstanding communication skills and phone etiquette Previous dealership experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for automobiles and a proactive attitude are essential Join us as a New Vehicle Sales Consultant where your enthusiasm fuels success!
