Salary:
$400 per week + 25% profit commission on products sold + Bonuses Are you passionate about sales and ready to grow with a dynamic company that's transforming the foodservice industry? Cocina Group is a fast-growing company dedicated to the sale of industrial kitchen equipment for restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and other foodservice businesses. We provide professional, high-quality equipment — including ovens, stoves, fryers, griddles, prep tables, refrigerators, ventilation systems, and custom kitchen furniture. This is not cookware sales and definitely not a multi-level marketing scheme — we work directly with business owners and decision-makers in the hospitality and food industries. We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish and conversational English) who is highly motivated, people-oriented, and ready to develop their career in sales.
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish and conversational English. At least 1 year of proven experience in sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in the restaurant or foodservice industry is a plus. Driver's license and availability for local visits in the Norman area.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships Offer personalized, professional customer service Use strategic sales techniques to close deals effectively Represent Cocina Group with professionalism and enthusiasm
